Rob Forde, Electrical Operations Supervisor at Braintree Electric Light Department (BELD)  purchased the mPower Outage Management system to tie into their existing GIS system. Since implementing mPower’s Outage Management System, BELD has been able to define a standard list of questions for an outage call. This allows them to gather key data rapidly from customers, increasing efficiency in outage response.
