Fulton, MO - December, 2012 - City of Fulton, MO completes full deployment of mPower Integrator and the mPower Outage Management System. Over the past two years, the city has implemented several smart grid hardware and software technologies, including a smart meter AMI system, meter data management software and cyber security applications. As a key component of this ambitious initiative, city personnel utilized mPower Integrator, the firm’s GIS and Smart Grid Integration Toolkit, to manage and monitor the integration of these new systems, in addition to their existing CIS, Mapping, SCADA and AVL Systems.  Darrel Dunlap, Superintendent of Utilities, and Kyle Bruemmer, Assistant City Engineer, have stated that mPower solutions and services were an instrumental part of the overall success of the project.

mPower has also recently conducted a comprehensive GPS Field Data Collection of the City’s electric utility in order to build the optimal “smart map” foundation for the city’s deployment of these advanced technologies.
