Cortland, NY -- Nov. 2010 -- The State University of New York at Cortland has selected mPower Innovations™ and the mPower Integrator 9™ platform for the development of a campus-wide GIS for facilities and utilities management. Starting with a Phase 1 Pilot Area beginning in Nov/Dec. of 2010, the university is expected to have Phase 2 completed and a fully deployed, campus-wide GIS in place by June of 2011.
