Groton, MA -- Mar. 2011 -- In November of 2010, Kevin Kelly, General Manager of Groton Electric, selected mPower Innovations to help him quickly and cost effectively achieve full connectivity and trace flow functionality on his mapping system. Upon completion of this initiative, Mr. Kelly purchased mPower Integrator, the company’s GIS Integration Software. Less than two months after purchasing Integrator, Groton had implemented a browser-based, intelligent asset management system that integrated their maps with their Automatic Metering and Customer Billing Systems, enhancing the utility’s ability to respond quickly to outages and proactively manage its infrastructure.
