Help us improve our software!

​We are constantly trying to improve our software and our end-user experience. While we beta test each release, we cannot test our software on every environment our software is installed on. 

A software bug is an issue or glitch in software code that produces an incorrect or invalid result. It can result in an error and typically can be replicated. In many cases the bug is very specific and doesn't affect the overall functionality of the software. 

By submitting a "bug" or issue, we can start working towards a patch or a solution for our next release. If you are experiencing a serious technical issue that is preventing you from performing your daily tasks, please log a customer support ticket.
