mPower eReliability Sync (ERS) is an Outage Management System (OMS) tool to help utilities transfer outage data to the
American Public Power Association’s
eReliability Tracker
to analyze outage events and calculate IEEE 1366 reliability indices.  Currently, mPower is listed as one out of two OMS vendors that have successfully connected to the eReliability Tracker system.

Our eReliability Sync Tool lets users easily upload outage data
to APPA’s eReliability Tracker without the hassle
of manual data entry.

The new tool was inspired by a current customer
who challenged mPower’s software developers
to automate the tedious process of uploading outage data
to APPA’s eReliability Tracker.

The tool was developed with assistance from the Marquette Board of Light and Power in Marquette, Michigan,
a Platinum Reliable Public Power Provider (RP3).

mPower’s eReliability Sync tool is now available as an enhancement for mPower’s Outage Management System
or as a standalone product that is compatible with
other Outage Management Systems.
